Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time? Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If you downgrade mid-cycle we credit the unused days.
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and ACH bank transfer for annual plans. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan? Every Pro signup includes a 14-day trial with full access - no card required. You're asked for payment details only when the trial ends.
How does per-seat pricing work? A seat is any human team member who logs into Forge. Service accounts and CI tokens do not count as seats.
What happens to my data if I cancel? Your code, artefacts, and config are exported to a ZIP immediately. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Do you offer startup or non-profit discounts? We have a Startup Program (90 days free Pro for seed-stage companies) and 50% off for registered non-profits. Apply from your account settings.
